Vin de la Sabla® – Red Wine

Vine variety/vinification: blend of red grape varieties. Red wine. Vinified in steel.

Tasting notes: intense ruby colour. Fruity and floral nose with hints of raspberry and pansies. Fresh and fruity on the palate, with soft tannins and notes of raspberry. Lingering and spicy finish.

Food accompaniments: appetizers, meats and cheeses, pastas, soups and red meat.

Serving temperature: 16/18 °C.

Trivia: produced and marketed by the Charrère family since 1971. Today, as then, it is a blend of red grape varieties vinified with a long maceration. The “La Sabla” trademark was registered having regard to the history of the product.
