Tasting notes: straw yellow. Delicately floral nose with hints of banana, plum and broom tree. Smooth, rounded and mineral taste.
Serving temperature: 10/12 °C.
Food accompaniments: appetizers, main dishes, flans, fish, white and red meats, cheese.
Trivia: with the clone Chardonnay musqué of Burgundy planted in our vineyards, we get a fresh and mineral wine that best shows off the “terroir” of Valle d’Aosta.
