The Aosta Valley

Located in the heart of the Alps and set among the “big four mountains” as the Mont Blanc, the Matterhorn, the Monte Rosa and the Gran Paradiso, the Aosta valley  is the smallest of the Italian regions.

Its territory is largely mountainous and has rather large valleys where there are delightful resorts, all to discover and visit. The Aosta Valley, in fact, is a region of tourist interest very particular and varied, ideal for those people who want to retrace historical stages and for those who love sports and good food.

The presence of fortresses and castles make the area even more fascinating, enriching it with a fairytale atmosphere. And then beautiful landscapes and breathtaking views enjoy the surrounding mountains. The Hotel, ski resorts, festivals and events that are aimed to promote the territory and its excellence complete the offer.

Because of its geography, in Valle d’Aosta they will generate microclimates different from each other: the high altitude is characterized by an alpine climate, while the valleys are characterized by temperatures of continental.

It is precisely for all these features that in the region there are  different wine-growing areas, expression of the territory with its colors and aromas.

The Charrère family commitment is to give value to the Aosta valley , to preserve its identity and to try to make even more special this magical land.
