Characteristics

Brilliant golden yellow hue. Fruit (dried apricots, jam), spice and a hint of acacia flower honey on the nose. Complex palate with sweet, soft, mineral undertones. Long, fresh finish.

Food pairings

Pastries like almond and hazelnuts cakes and fruit tarts. Medium and long aged high fat content cheeses, for example, Cambosana, Gorgonzola, Bleu d’Aoste, Blue Stilton, Fontina).

Characteristics

Straw yellow with soft rosé nuances. Elegant, floral (pansy, wild rose), fruit (red currant, black cherry) nose. Dense and forceful palate. Persistent and smooth finish.

With antipasti and appetizers, fish based first dishes (risotto, ravioli, spaghetti) shellfish, flans, mixed salami, white meat, medium and long aged cheeses.
