Vine variety/vinification: Red grapes. Fermentation in the bottle for 18 months. Zero dosage.
Tasting notes: brilliant clear cherry red. Hints of cherry, red currant, red berries to the nose. Dry and intense to the taste, it gives volume with a fine and persistent effervescence with fruity notes of green apple. Fresh and fruity, a long and persistent finish.
Serving temperature: 6/8 °C.
Trivia: In 2005 Les Crêtes started to vinify this sparkling wine in collaboration with the Institut Agricole Régional and, given the exciting results, it began to produce it later in its own cellar.
