Pinot Gris Brulant

D.O.P

This Pinot Gris is the fruit of our Alpine Terroir’s clear varietal identity: its grapes are harvested when fully ripe and, after a night of cooling, are pressed whole, to preserve their precious and delicate aromatic complement.

The yield is low because these are new vineyards, in their first years of production, which replaced the old vines that gave for life in 1994 to our historic Pinot Grigio Brulant.
