The grapes of our Rosè, come from different clones of the autochthnous variety, Petite Rouge, from new and old vines, that contribute to its notable organoleptic complexity. Vinified as a rosè the intention was to give this variety a new expression, rather than the tradional red Torrette that has always been part of our regional heritage of wines

Alpine climate with short, cool and windy summers. Long, cold winters with pronounced seasonal ranges with low levels of rainfall.

Surface area 1 ha, sistema a Guyot training system; 7500 plants/ha, on embankments and slopeways. Yield 8000 kg/ha.

Production process
Vinification
Very cold maceration for 3 hours in press, of the whole cluster, of 50% of the pickings. Fermentation of 12 days in stainless steel, at 14°C
Ageing
Lees ageing for 2 months.

Tasting notes
Delicate, vintage pink. On the nose, pleasant, floral and fruity. Distinctive notes of strawberry, cranberry and white melon. Fresh and melodic on the palate, white peach, fine structure, good acidity with a savoury finish.
Suggested food pairing
Fried seafood, crudités, blue finn tuna, wood oven pizza. Excellent for aperitif.
